      I have been having botox injections for nearly ten years now. I am in my late forties, and started when I was thirty eight. I would rather give up food than give up my botox! The ugly frown lines between your eyes will be totally gone. That area should cost you about 250. The horizontal lines on your forehead can be taken care of for about 150. Then if you add the crows feet, another 150. Its worth every penny - its considerably more effective than any cream you will ever buy. The effects will last only about four months at first. If you continue to repeat treatments you will get results that last longer. At the current time I only need it done about once a year, and it costs me 600 dollars to do all three areas.

      Now, onto restylane. About five years ago I started getting restylane in my lips, and in the lines that run from my nose to my mouth. If you are going to use it for your lips, you should use perlane, which is the heaviest form of restylane. It looks totally natural and its wonderful to be proud to wear lipstick. Perlane in the lips is about three hundred dollars, and lasts about four months. IN the lines between mouth and nose, it lasts about 8 months.

      I am in canada, and we have something called Juvederm here, which is the same substance as restylane, different company , and slightly thicker formulation. I see they have just this week approved juvederm in the USA. I have used Juvederm alternating with the perlane in the last few years, and i have found juvederm to last longer than the restylane products. They have a product called Juvederm hv, which, although it is about a hundred dollars more than regular juvederm, or perlane, it lasted in my lips for 8 months, in my mouth/nose lines for almost a year. It was more cost effective.

      I am not sure if perlane is available in the usa, even though it is a form of restylane made by the same company. Restylane itself is too thin for the lips, insist on perlane, or juvederm 30.

      Good luck. I have had a tca peel. OUCH, it hurts. A few months after your skin heals from your peel, you can give yourself regular glycolic peels to extend the effect of your peel. Start with a 20% glycolic peel, and work your way over time through 30, 50, 70 percent. Then you will never need another tca peel. You used to have to have glycolic peels at the dermatologist, but now you can buy the peel solution on ebay, which is what I do, and it saves me a fortune. You can even buy the tca peel kit on ebay, but I wouldnt recommend that if you are a novice peeler, even though it cuts your cost considerably.

      Expect to look like s**** for about two weeks after your tca peel.

      But seriously it won't make you any prettier. It'll give you a ton of health risks later on in life & you die probably during surgery anyways.     I don't think I'm going to grow anymore. I'm like 5'8" ft and I've been that tall since the 6th grade. My breasts have been C cups since elementary school.     ranunculusviridis, I don't really care about looking like my old self. My brain is me, not my body. I'll be the same person on the inside whether I look like my or Angelina Jolie. I would never try bulimia or anorexia. None of those procedures will cause that tight look to my face. Also my sickness wasn't bulimia. I suffered kidney failure and shut down with severe asthma so I had to be put on steroids which deformed my body because I gained so much weight. I've heard of Jocelyn Wildenstein and I'm not going to end up like her. Some of these procedures aren't even considered surgery and most are extremely common. It's offensive that you say bulimia ruined my looks. I've never done that. I had the choices of getting surgery, eating and taking steroids while having to spend months in bed at home or die.
