Author: Matt Penn
Aging is inevitable and this is something beyond our control. HGH or human growth plays a very important role in keeping you healthy and young.
HGH secretion begins waning off with age. In numerical values, a normal person at the age of 20 produces about 500 micrograms every day which drops to 200 micrograms by the time he reaches the age of 40.
Symptoms and Effects of Low HGH
This drop in the production of HGH speeds up the aging process. Some of the effects of low HGH include low energy levels, reduced muscle mass and increased body fat, reduced mental alertness and concentration, reduced libido, wrinkles and sleep apnea, mood swings etc.,
Increasing HGH levels can help you combat the above age effects. Though hormone replacement therapy by way of injections can be quite beneficial, it is accompanied with some serious side effects.
Moreover HGH injections can be quite expensive as well.
However, there are some natural ways to boost the production of HGH in your body.
How to Increase HGH Production
Regular exercise is one of the best ways to make your body produce more of its own HGH. Intense workouts not only helps stimulate the production of growth hormone but also enhances the production of testosterone in men.
Adequate sleep is also extremely important. This is because HGH is releases in pulses during the first few phases of deep sleep. Sleep deprivation, therefore, affects your hormonal cycle and disrupt HGH production. No wonder, people who are sleep deprived often look tired and older than their years.
Apart from the above, HGH supplements or releasers can also be highly resourceful. Such supplements not not contain any HGH and are therefore safe. They are a mix of amino acids that help stimulate your pituitary gland so that it can increase its production of HGH and your body can get more HGH through the glandular system.
Since there is no synthetic hormone getting into your body, there are likely to be no side effects.
More and more people are now opting for such supplements to help them feel and look younger.
Top quality supplements come with clinical endorsements and are approved by doctors as well.

Well, I'm a layperson, not a professional. Since you asked though and nobody has yet to respond, I'll give my opinion. From what you have described, your friend definitely has some self-esteem problems and has a low opinion of himself. If his parents were always very strict and critical, this could be a source. By engaging in risky behaviors such as driving fast, shooting off guns and what not, this gets attention which he craves, even though it is negative and anti-social. That doesn't matter. It's attention. He won't be ignored.
He always sounds controlling. Berating others such as his girlfriend also reenforces his self worth which is pitifully low. Doing things like staring into the eyes of another (at least in anglophone culture) is usually an act of aggression or intimidation.
Like I said, I am a layperson but this man obviously exhibits signs of antisocialism and narcissism. Beware if he had any past history of substance abuse…either himself or his family. If I were you, I'd stay clear of this individual, just sounds like trouble and it doesn't sound as though you enjoy his company anyways. Just stop answering his texts and calls. I know that might be rude but sometimes you just have to be in order to shut bad elements out of your life.

You have realized your mistake, but it is not really too late. I know a guy that got a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and then went on to medical school as a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. It's not a strike against you to have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, BUT you are probably aware that you will have to go take at least a few classes and fill in some gaps.
Your best bet is to plan on getting a Master's degree, and for the remainder of the next two years hunker down and shove in some courses in math and science to prove you've got the stuff it takes to major in a medical or science field when they look at your transcript.
