   To get your hair to an actually blonde from brown you need to use bleach. It's red because the brown she had is naturally made from red so you're seeing what's in it… you'll have to bleach it until he's light enough. Then you'll have to put an ash color on it to get rid of the orange… but you need to be cafeful because if you make your hair too light too fast, you can frie it and it'll break off.
