Using Moisturizer on You Face

It really depends on your skin type. People with oily skin should use facial moisturizers because regular lotion tends to be too heavy for oily skin. However, people with dry or normal skin should be able to use regular lotion with no problem.
If I were you I would just use the regular noxema cream. It works great and I have used it since I was 12 (I am 26 now). I don't think a 13 year old needs to use a scrub daily. Once a week is sufficient. A lot of scrubs and cleansers geared toward acne contain acids that can be very irritating to younger skin. She may be scrubbing too hard, but until there is a need for acne medicated cleansers, I would stay away from them. If the skin is clear, use the regular noxema cream (contains eucalyptus, and is very refreshing) and if she needs a scrub, try the st. ives apricot gentle scrub, but only use once a week.
