If you can green apples there's nothing better. However any types of apples will also work wonders. De-seed and then puree an apple along with its skin. Add one tablespoon of milk and blend well. Malissa, I struggle with this myself. So, I'm not very equipped to recommend specific brands. However, I'll share some general information I've picked up along the way.
