Author: Elijiah Rampart
As a pet owner I am sure that your dog is probably your pride and joy. You enjoy pampering your doggie with special treats, long walks around the neighborhood, and even a trip to the dog salon. One area you might have overlooked is making sure your dog is dressed up as well as he can be. The very first item you need to look at carefully is the make sure your special animal is decked out with an embroidered dog collar. This is not just any type of collar, but a collar that has specialized embroidered lettering, symbols, and scrolling on it that is customized for your pet.
An embroidered dog collar is the perfect way to pamper your pride and joy. This is much more than a dog tag that you add to a dog collar that has name and phone number in case your dog is lost. No, this is so much more as it is an expression of how you feel about your dog to be displayed in a very personal and outward way. The dog collar is no longer a device used to control your animal and confine them to a certain location. The embroidered dog collar is your way to show others just how you feel about Fido. The thing is, all dogs do not seem to be bothered in the least about wearing a collar, especially this type of collar which always makes them look sharp.
With an embroidered dog collar you are getting a highly decorative item for your dog. There really is no limit to the way you want to personalize the collar. First off, you will want to have some type of inscription embroidered on it such as the dogs name, or some phrase you use to get the dogs attention. You want to keep the lettering to less than seven letters, and the inscription can be sewn, glued,or printed on to the collar. From there you can add additional symbols around the lettering like hearts, or flowers, or anything you desire to make the collar really stand out. Finally, you can add some adornments to the collars like rhinestones or small metal studs. The possibilities are endless and only limited to your imagination. Do not forget to get your name and phone number embroidered on the dog collar as this serves a practical purpose in case your dog is lost. Having this information on the collar will ensure that your dog is returned to you as fast as possible.
You might not know this but dog collars come in three basic sizes for small, medium, and large size dogs. The small collar is for animals that have a sixteen inch girth around their neck. Medium sized docks will usually require a nineteen inch collar, and the largest dogs can usually get by with the large collar that is twenty six inches around. Taking the time get the sizing just right will make a big difference how the collar looks, and it will make a big difference to your dog as well.

There probably afraid of your reaction. Even the nicest request can lead to a confrontation.
Example: A few weeks ago I had my lab out on his tie out. It was time for him to come and Bindi to go. Bindi was having a really bad attitude with other dogs in the yard at the time. The neighbors dog was out running loose and had already been in my yard several times.
I went over and asked the neighbor is he could please put a leash on his dog since Bindi was coming out and I didn't want a dog fight.
The guy went nuts yelling at me that his dog has never been on a leash (the dog is at least two) and I shouldn't have a problem with his dog visiting mine. I'm sitting here going, I didn't really have a problem with it or with his dog playing with my lab. But I didn't need an issue between his dog and Bindi. He didn't seem to understand I was trying to avoid an issue not start one.
I finally gave up and left him with You're breaking law, I'm not, if there is an issue I WILL hold you accountable and the law will be in MY favor.
So maybe they were afraid of something like that happening to them.
Is that the dog? He was bitten by a wrinkle dog?
