Eczema affects the skin and causes itching. Drink more water. Often, the dry skin associated with eczema is related to dehydration. While moisturizers can help to a certain point, you should be drinking a minimum of 8 glasses of water a day. Carry a water bottle with you if need be and avoid things like sodas and coffee which can be both irritating and dehydrating.
Eczema often resolves itself, though in some cases, medications may be necessary. While you're waiting, however, you can take these measures to help things along and relieve the itch.
