   I have been given a beautiful, vivid blue skirt and blouse with "frog closures" for the "buttons". I have had gastric bypass surgery and would like to wear it soon. I am positive the color and material will be fine for me, just not sure about the "frog closures" for nowadays. I want to wear updated clothing, and I am torn between youthful fashion trends and what is age appropriate.      Do you have a picture of the skirt and blouse? I think the frog closures are adorable ^.^ maybe if the whole outfit is too much you could wear the skirt with a different blouse, or pair the blouse with a different skirt.

   I had my first child 10mths ago. I gained a healthy 35lbs. My stomach was huge by the time I made it to the hospital though. Just the way my body carried the baby I guess. Within the last 2 1/2 mths I have lost 15-20lbs, 13" all over and went from size 11-13 to a 5-6. I have been eating small portions and exercising. I am thrilled with the weightloss and the smaller me I see in the mirror! However...my goal isn't to be the skinniest girl at the beach this summer. I just want to get back in a two-piece and feel sexy...but my tummy begs to differ. Its not quite "flat" yet. I have been doing latin dancing, zumba and walking for cardio and target pilates for buns and thighs, arms, abs, etc. (alternately). When I sit I have a flap of skin that hangs...or if you get down on all fours or lean forward no matter how hard I suck my tummy in it sags. But in addition to this the only place I ended up with stretch marks was around my belly button and in that area now my skin (the very top layer) puckers and wrinkles below my belly button kind of like older peoples skin...wrinkly and if i pinch it together it kind of sticks instead of stretching back into place. HELP ME!!! I don't want to have to resort to surgery. I was planning on spending that money and energy on getting my very sad saggy boobs perked back up LOL.      Girl... im sorry to tell you, but nothing works on that but surgery! I have had two and tried the body wraps the lotion... toning up my body.. everything! Nothing will get completely rid of that except surgery...

   ive lost about 66lbs(30kgs) in 4 months, and have more to loose still (have been large all my life). i am exercising heaps (walking 20-40 mins a day, pilates, eliptical trainer, hand weights for arms), dry skin brushing, using creams and oils all over, spa, & sauna. I do all this most days.Luckily im not working atm or would never have time! (i am also trying so hard to tone my thighs as they are very flabby still, never had toned thighs)
   I am alot smaller now, Very happy but am worried about loose skin. i have big wrinkles around my butt . skin loose under my arms, under my neck, everywhere, tho not as bad as you see on ppl on tv before surgery. I have heaps of stretch marks too. I am still young (30's) and want to have a chance at having a great body, hopefully without surgery (i scar really badly, keloid).

     Hi there, I have the same problem. I lost about 20 KG and i have a bit of loose skin. So i asked about it they said they will tighten up but they need a bit of time and i have to exercise and especially do aerobics. So i think it works but it needs time.

   I have hundreds of stretch marks and I'm 16/f?
   I'm 16. I got put on steroids for asthma a few years ago and I got really fat so I got stretch marks EVERYWHERE. I have hundreds. There's almost no clothes I can wear without them showing. Like on my arms, they go from my armpit to past my elbow. They're on my breasts, my butt, my sides (all the way from my hips to my armpits), my thighs, my knees and my stomach (up past my belly button). So there's no clothes except long pants and shirts I can wear without them showing. Most are silvery but I'm pale skinned and they show up horribly. I lost a lot of weight to be a decent size and I can't wear any nice clothing. I already have to get surgery on my breasts because they sag so badly. I'd like to be able to wear shorts or shorts sleeves without them showing. I can't even wear the most conversative bathing suit. And then I constantly have to worry about tanning because they'll show more. Also my skin texture is awful and wrinkled. I've tried over the counter stuff like Mederma and vitamin E and so on. It doesn't work. Are there any surgeries to get rid of stretch marks? Please do NOT post "Be happy with yourself." or "Everyone has stretch marks." So now her boobs just look down right fake and are very far apart from each other. Well after that she talked about getting a nose job, i dont think she is ever got it because everyone got mad at her for thinking of it. Well now she is married. From what i hear her new husband is nto as nice as we think, he has told his friends that she has a great body which is perfect but her face is not and sometimes he feels he needs to put a paperbag over her face cause of how unattractive she is. Her told her how her teeth are messed up so she went and had all this dental work done. Somehow now she is getting the nose job she wanted, i guess she mentioned something to him about it and he said yes do it. So now she has this surgery scheduled, and then after she mentioned about the nose he said "also look in chin and jaw reconstruction" so the doctor is going to do both of those surgeries at the same time. Now her boyfriend learned of something with eyebrow lifts and shaping and right now is getting consultation on the doctor about it as well as to get rid of her crows feet wrinkles from tanning. I know she has severe self esteem issues. But right now its getting out of control. I tried to talk to her about all this and all she tells me is "your perfect so you dont know what its like to not to look as good as others" i told her life is not about how pretty or perfect your body or home is. But if thats how you want to choose your path than go for it, but be prepared when some of that plastic surgery doesnt come out the way you wanted.      That has to be hard to see a friend go through all of that. There is nothing that you can do but try and be supportive to her. If you and others have already said something to her about the excessive work, nothing will change her mind now. Some people get addicted to it.      What exactly are you asking? Obviously she has self-esteem issues... the only way to overcome this i think, is to go to a psychiatrist... I don't think you can tell her anything that will change her mind until she overcomes the disorder she has... it's sad but it's a lot more common that people think. One of my sister's has had breast augmentation, tummy tuck, liposuction and a botched nose job and still she isn't happy with her body... and every thing people tell her she takes as criticism...so there's no way to tell her that her only problem is that she doesn't use the right clothes for her body type; see,she uses clothes that don't fit her and most of the time she wants to use things for 20 year-olds when she's like 36.... And about your friend, someone else suggested to do something about the husband, getting rid of the husband alone won't fix her self-esteem issues.....
